Terms of Service for Miro Apps provided by Modelist Inc. （日本語は下部に記載）
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Miro Apps provided by Modelist ("the Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Apps.
2. Use of the Apps
You may use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Apps in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Apps, you may need to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the Apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Modelist Inc. or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of the content without our express permission.
5. Communication and Email Practices
By using the Apps, you agree to receive communications from us related to your account and the services we provide. All our emails are opt-in and directly related to our service. We do not engage in any form of spam or unsolicited messaging. Our aim is to enhance your user experience and provide necessary information about the Apps and your account. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. However, you acknowledge that opting out of certain communications may impact your use of the Apps.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Apps at our full discretion, without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modelist Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Apps.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the Apps after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
利用規約
1. 規約への同意
Modelist株式会社が提供するMiroアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」といいます）をご利用いただくことで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。本利用規約にご同意いただけない場合は、本アプリをご利用にならないでください。
2. 利用条件
本アプリは、適用される法律や規則に従った正当な目的に限りご利用いただけます。また、法令に違反する方法や、不正使用が疑われる目的で本アプリをご利用することはできません。
3. ユーザーアカウント
本アプリの一部機能を利用するには、アカウントの作成が必要です。アカウント作成時には、正確で完全な情報を提供する責任を負います。また、アカウントやパスワードの管理についても責任を負い、アカウントを通じて行われるすべての活動に対して責任を負うものとします。
4. 知的財産権
本アプリに表示されるコンテンツや素材（テキスト、グラフィック、ロゴ、ソフトウェアなど）は、Modelist株式会社またはそのライセンサーに帰属する知的財産です。当社の明示的な許可なく、これらのコンテンツを使用、複製、配布することはできません。
5. 連絡およびメール配信
本アプリをご利用いただくことにより、アカウントおよびサービスに関連する当社からの通知を受け取ることに同意したものとみなします。当社からのメールは、サービスに関する情報のみであり、スパムや未承諾メッセージを送信することはありません。 必要な連絡は常に適時にお知らせし、ユーザー体験を向上させるために努めます。非必須の通知については、アカウント設定または当社へのご連絡により配信を停止することができますが、その場合一部の機能が利用できなくなる可能性があることをご了承ください。
6. サービスの停止または終了
当社は、利用規約に違反していると判断した場合、事前の通知なしに、お客様の本アプリへのアクセスを停止または終了させる権利を有します。

8. 免責事項
法律で許容される最大限の範囲において、Modelist株式会社およびその関連会社は、間接的、偶発的、特別的、結果的、または懲罰的損害賠償、または利益や収益の損失について、一切の責任を負いません。
9. 準拠法および裁判管轄
本利用規約は、日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。ただし、その際の法の抵触に関する原則は適用されないものとします。
10. 利用規約の変更
当社は、本利用規約を随時変更することがあります。変更が行われた場合、本ページ上部の日付を更新します。変更後も引き続き本アプリを利用することで、改訂された規約に同意したものとみなされます。
