Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Modelist Inc.’s website, extensions, and applications. By using the extensions ("the extensions"), you accept these terms and conditions stated on this page. This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Modelist Inc.’s website, extensions, or applications.
Billing System
The extensions can be installed and initially used free of charge. However, to continue using the extensions, you must subscribe to a plan that offers either pay-per-use billing or unlimited usage. For more details, please refer to the pricing plan provided by the Modelist Inc.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Modelist Inc. or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of the content without our express permission.
Usage
By using the extensions, you agree to receive important product updates via the email linked to any external services associated with the extensions (e.g., YouTube, Notion) or the email used for registration. You may opt out of product updates anytime by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email. Only essential product updates will be sent.
Cookies
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing the extensions, you agree to use cookies in accordance with Modelist Inc.'s Privacy Policy. Cookies are used to enable functionality on certain areas of the website to ease usage of our tools.
Content Liability
Modelist Inc. holds no responsibility for any content stored on external services (such as YouTube or Notion workspaces) related to the extensions through the extensions or applications.

Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions related to the extensions and its tools. It is not warranted that the extensions will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of profits, data corruption, business interruption, or contract losses. We will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature. The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this section govern all liabilities arising under this disclaimer, including liabilities in contract, tort, and statutory duty.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the extensions at our full discretion, without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

本利用規約は、Modelist株式会社のウェブサイト、拡張機能、およびアプリケーションの使用に関するルールと条件を定めたものです。Modelist株式会社が提供するChrome拡張機能（以下「本拡張機能」といいます）を利用することで、ここに記載された利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。 本契約は、Modelist株式会社のウェブサイト、拡張機能、またはアプリケーションを初めて使用した日に発効します。
課金システム
本拡張機能は、無料でインストールし、初期利用いただけます。本拡張機能の継続利用のためには、従量課金又は無制限利用ができるプランへの加入が必要です。詳細は、当社がお示しする料金プランページを参照ください。
知的財産権
本拡張機能に表示されるコンテンツや素材（テキスト、グラフィック、ロゴ、ソフトウェアなど）は、Modelist株式会社またはそのライセンサーに帰属する知的財産です。当社の明示的な許可なく、これらのコンテンツを使用、複製、配布することはできません。
利用
本拡張機能を利用することで、本拡張機能に関連する外部サービス（YouTube、Notion等）にリンクされたメールアドレス、または登録に使用したメールアドレスを通じて重要な製品アップデートを受け取ることに同意したものとみなされます。各メールの「配信停止」リンクをクリックすることで、いつでも製品アップデートの受信を停止することができます。重要な製品アップデートのみが送信されます。
クッキー
当サイトではクッキーを使用しています。本拡張機能にアクセスすることにより、当社のプライバシーポリシーに基づいたクッキーの使用に同意したものとみなされます。クッキーは、特定のエリアでの機能を有効にし、ツールの利用を容易にするために使用されます。
コンテンツに関する責任
Modelist株式会社は、その拡張機能やアプリケーションを通じて本拡張機能に関連する外部サービス（YouTube、Notionワークスペース等）に保存されたコンテンツに対して一切の責任を負いません。

免責事項
適用法で認められる最大限の範囲において、当社は、本拡張機能およびそのツールに関するすべての表明、保証、条件を除外します。本拡張機能がユーザーの要件を満たし、その運用が中断されないことやエラーがないことは保証されません。当社は、利益の損失、データの破損、事業の中断、または契約の損失について責任を負いません。いかなる種類の損害についても、当社は責任を負いません。 本セクションで設定された責任の制限と禁止は、契約、不法行為、法的義務に基づくすべての責任に適用されます。
サービスの停止または終了
当社は、利用規約に違反していると判断した場合、事前の通知なしに、お客様の本アプリへのアクセスを停止または終了させる権利を有します。
準拠法および裁判管轄
本利用規約は、日本国法に準拠し、日本国法に従って解釈されるものとします。また、本利用規約に関して生じる紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
